At the heart of the chalet, a grand dining room with a traditional wood-carved ceiling, leaves you in no doubt that this will be a meal to remember. Whatever the season, an exquisite range of "à la carte" dishes are there for the tasting, such as side of rosée pork with purple artichokes and a mini casserole of creamy Polenta in a Beaufort sauce. The sweet course is based around a delicious range of fruits, whilst also celebrating the simplicity of desserts from our childhood days: small pots of cream flavoured with vanilla and thyme, red fruit or chocolate mousse, and tarts.
The new Alpine Restaurant, redesigned in a contemporary style with humorous touches spotlighting the cow, offers a wide variety of delicious dishes. The local cheese specialties are always welcome, but do not provide the only choice.
The restaurant is now more spacious and has a rotisserie, so it can offer a fresh and varied menu with plenty of cheeses and mouth-watering desserts.
