With your chauffeured 4x4 laid on from 8.30am to 11pm every day to take guests wherever they wish to go, you don’t have to walk anywhere.
In the luxury chalet Kutang, you don’t really feel like you are in the Alps as the interior of this opulent mountain chic home is furnished with imported Tibetan chests and giant carved wood doors, handmade balustrades from the Mongolian Steppes, and vast blocks of carved marble. Also the furniture of the four suites (an additional 2 suites can be joined to the chalet on request, to bring the occupancy to 12 guests), named after one of the seven summits of the seven continents, came directly from the relevant continent.
One’s just can be impressed by the level of luxury of Chalet Kutang. Not only it boasts a sauna and a massage room but it has an extraordinary swimming pool with electronically adjusted sinking marble floor which can drop to create a pool or just a shallow Jacuzzi area – quite over the top really.
The food at Chalet Kutang is totally adapted to guests tastes: traditional alpine gourmet, or just a pizza or a grilled meat, Kutang’s chef is trained to do everything to perfection. The house champagne is Perrier Jouet, while there are also special cocktails on offer as well as an à la carte wine list as the Chalet Kutang even owns a wine cave. You can enjoy a cigar in the cigar room and a film like in a true cinema thanks to the giant hidden-away movie screen in the main living area. The chalet is also equipped with a small business centre and the Wifi is everywhere.
