• We organize transportation pick up from the airport or train station to the chalet in a taxi, a car with or without a driver, a private minibus or a helicopter.
• We reserve your ski pass for you and your children for Courchevel or the 3 Valleys Domains as well as your pedestrian passes and make you benefit from advantageous deals for lodging and ski pass package.
• We deliver your ski passes at your chalet, so that you will be up and away at the slopes without having to waste time standing in queues.
• We make the reservations for any activity you and/or your children would like to make during your stay.
• Our experienced masseurs and beauty therapists will be at your disposal for massages and basic beauty treatments in the comfort of your chalet. Among other things, they are specialized in an “after-ski” massage (where all the muscle groups which are used during skiing can be treated to soothe away unwanted aches and pains), facials, manicures and pedicures so you can be indulged after a hard day on or off piste.
• A private nanny chosen for her experience and love of children, can be on hand during the day to entertain your youngsters.
• A supplement of 150 Euros per day (including the half-board) is required for each additional person in the deluxe Tana and Totem Chalets.
• Cots are free for children up to and including 3 years old.
• A supplement is necessary for the following dinners :
- Christmas dinner in your chalet (Christmas eve 2010) 200 Euros for adults, 75 Euros for children under 12.
- New Years Dinner (the 31st 2010) 350 Euros for adults and 125 Euros for children under 12.
1) Any purchase of a reduced price ski pass (5/-13 years old and 65/-75 years old) must provide proof of their date of birth.
Children with a Family Pass will have to justify their age and relation to the family.
2) Children under the age of 5 as well as adults over the age of 75 have free access to the 3 Valleys ski area. A recent photo i.d. will be required.
3) Remember, skiing in Courchevel means benefiting from high quality snow from the beginning of December until the end of April.To take advantage of the first and the last snowfalls, from December 5 to 18, 2010 and from April 6 to 25, 2011, ask for your quotation right now and benefit from ski holidays at advantageous rates!
4) Breakfast is only served in the chalet for max. 10 people,
5) Meals are only served in the chalets (max. 10 people) with pre-established menus. Unconsumed meals from the half-board cannot be deferred or deducted,
6) Reservations for more than 10 people must be submitted in the form of a written request to our reservation service,
7) The chalets are no-smoking areas,
8) Stays run uniquely from Saturday to Saturday, whatever the time of year (except Christmas, New Year and the beginning of January- check with the reservations service),
9) Short trips or weekend stays are accepted depending on last minute availabilities,
10) The chalets are available from 4pm. They must be left by 11am on the day of departure,
11) No animals in the chalets.
