• We organize your transportation pick up from the airport or train station to the chalet in a taxi, a car with or without a driver, a private minibus or a helicopter.
• We reserve your pedestrian pass, your Child ski pass (5/- 13 years old), Senior and Family passes for Val Thorens-Orelle Domain, Belleville Valley or the 3 Valleys Domains so that you can be on your way to the slopes without wasting time queuing. Reserving your passes in advance means also benefiting from Hotel and Ski pass package at advantageous prices.
• We make the reservations for any activity you and/or your children would like to make during your stay.
• A private nanny chosen for her experience and love of children, can be on hand during the day to entertain your youngsters.
• From the most relaxing to the most stimulating for your tired muscles, we have the massage you’ll need, as well as a steam bath or milk and honey bath. Your masseuse will give you a good “after ski” massage, that will help you relax your muscles completely.
• Daily breakfast will be charged 16€ / person / day.
• We will be pleased to book your « Gourmet Meal » dinner package including 7 lunches or dinners at the gastronomic restaurant l’Oxalys (€ 399 / adult / week, drinks not included), as well as your child’s “Gourmet Meal” dinner package, for children under 10.
• A covered parking spot is available for you (70 euros / week)
• Pets are allowed in for a fee of 63 euros / animal / week
• Wifi access is provided at 40 euros per card for one week or 15 euros for 3 hours
• An extra bag of firewood is available for 9 euros
• A baby cot and a baby chair can be lent to you during your stay on demand at the time of reservation.
• A catering service is available from the gastronomic restaurant l’Oxalys 1 Michelin Star. This will allow you to taste the Savoy specialties in the privacy of your own apartment.
• For the purchase of any reduced price ski pass (5/-13 years old and 65/-75 years old), proof of age is required. Children with a Family Pass will have to justify their age and relation to the family.
• Children under the age of 5 as well as adults over the age of 75 have free access to the 3 Valleys ski area. A recent photo i.d. will be required.
• Skiing at Val Thorens-Orelle, means benefiting from a season of skiing that’s especially long from the end of November till the beginning of May, thanks to its altitude of more than 2,000 m for 80% of the domain. It also means benefiting from exceptional quality snow for all levels of skiing and snow sports.
To take advantage of the first and the last snowfalls,from December 5 to 18, 2009 and from April 17 to 25, 2010, ask for your quotation IMMEDIATELY and benefit from holiday at advantageous rates.
