In the heart of Provence can be found an enormous and comfortable villa sleeping up to 16 people near the picturesque village of Monteux. Its exceptional geographical location close to numerous renowned places of interest that have helped build up the region's reputation for top-class tourism and gastronomy makes this an absolute must for all those travelling to Provence.

If you're here on the last weekend of August during the Saint Jean festival, don't miss the incredible 45-minute firework display, unique in the whole of France. Monteux, the firework capital since the middle of the 19th century is home to the famous Ruggieri society (the first firework manufacturers).

The Old Barn Farmhouse, designed to accommodate up to 16 people, is a true family tale... a peaceful haven surrounded by a magnificent garden of 2000 m² full of trees and flowers blossoming under the benevolent eye of the Provencal giant : the Mont Ventoux.

The fantastic 5x10m pool on the Eastern side of the house, secured by a wrought iron barrier, will give you moments of pure pleasure, comfortably settled into a deckchair soaking up the hot Provencal sun.

2 Summer lounges are waiting to host your apéritifs : the first on the Eastern side has a sofa and two very pleasant armchairs and the second is nestled under the sloping roof on the Western side and is equipped with nice garden furniture and a fountain.

A table plus 10 chairs and a coal barbeque are available for your use in the shelter of the trellis. For perfect Provencal meals, look no further : browse the Monteux market stalls and pick up quality locally-produced fruit and veg. Tomatoes, melons, strawberries, apples, peaches, peppers... Mmm, tasty !

Villages nestled in the mountains, walks through the vineyards of Côte du Rhône, Châteauneuf du Pape, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Tavel, Beaumes de Venise... Staying at the Mas, the beauty of Provence is yours for the taking.
